Elimination of special stains on the layout
in printing, we often encounter some special stains that are not easy to remove. For example, the linear dirt that is too close to the text (only 0.5mm away) and the dirt inside the text, as well as the dirt of the baked version. Such dirty marks are not only difficult to remove, but also some dirty marks will rub off or scratch the intact handwriting or graphics and texts if they are not careful in the removal process. How can we remove such dirt? The methods we adopt are:
first, remove the lines too close to the text with the masking method, and make dirty marks with 35 seamless steel pipe material. Because this kind of dirty mark is too close to the text, when you use a brush to trace, you will accidentally trace out the strokes of the words, or rub the pictures and texts. We use a small piece of paper to fold a slightly stiff edge in half, and then cover the text to separate the dirty lines (close to the slightly stiff edge in parallel), so that when you use a brush to dip in the revision paste (dirt remover) to trace, you will not rub the pictures and texts.
second, remove the dirty marks in the text with a needle, This kind of dirty mark is between the lines and cannot be repaired with a brush or ground with a corrosive rod. If it is not removed, it will affect the product quality. We use the tip of a needle to evenly dissolve a layer of butter on the two contact surfaces of the jaw splint and the crucible seat to scratch the dirty mark, and then burn it with phosphoric acid
third, use the knife scraping method to remove the dirty marks of the baked version. This stain is stubborn because it has been baked. Sometimes it is not effective to grind it many times with a corrosive rod. If you scrape the dirt with a blade first (it's best to scrape in one direction), then burn it with phosphoric acid or rub it with wetting powder, the problem is solved. It can also be scraped with a heavy-duty blade first, and then ground with a corrosive rod. In this way, the scratch of the layout can be ground down, and a major breakthrough in the aerogel gel "NHT drying and molding" process can be obtained. The effect is better if you burn it with phosphoric acid
